ANNOUNCEMENT OF CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE FOR 2024 FINAL AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Lagos and London, May 9, 2025:  Seplat Energy PLC ("Seplat" or the "Company"), a leading Nigerian independent energy company listed on both the Nigerian Exchange Limited and London Stock Exchange, today confirms that the below currency exchange rate is applicable in determining both the final and special dividend for 2024 to shareholders that will receive the dividend payment in Naira (NGN):

The exchange rate for the Naira amounts payable is the CBN NFEM rate for May 8, 2025.

Exchange Rate

1 USD = 1,609.6357 NGN

Shareholders should refer to the Company's announcement on March 4, 2025 for definition of default currency on the company website at https://www.seplatenergy.com/investors/regulatory-announcements/.
