THIS ANNOUNCEMENT REPLACES THE FORM 8 (OPD) ANNOUNCEMENT RELEASED UNDER RNS NUMBER 2902S ON 12 NOVEMBER 2021.

 

The following correction has been made to reflect the correct position as at 11 November 2021: the interests in ordinary shares of Sensyne Health plc held by Lord Paul Drayson and his close relatives, related trusts and connected persons. All other information remains unchanged.
