Total Voting Rights

 

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 29 September 2023, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 1,108,709,053 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each. This figure includes 23,289,495 Ordinary Shares held in treasury, leaving a balance of 1,085,419,558 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

 

The total voting rights figure of 1,085,419,558 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
