Directorship Changes

SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted investment company, announces that, as part of an agreed strategic change outlined in the announcement dated 18 July 2025 and detailed in the accompanying Shareholder Circular (the "Circular"), Ed McDermott and Alfredo Pascual have stepped down from the Board with immediate effect following the passing of all resolutions at the AGM.

As also detailed in the Circular, and subject to completion of the standard regulatory approvals, Jim Mellon and Denham Eke will be appointed as Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director, respectively. A further announcement will be made upon their appointments. Both Ed and Alfredo will remain available to the Company for a transitional period of up to six months to support the management of the existing investment portfolio and effect an orderly handover to the incoming directors.

They step down as directors leaving the Company with a solid investment portfolio and strong cash position for the new board to build upon and to take SEED into its next chapter.
