Director Share Purchases
SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted company investing in fast-growing and industry-leading businesses with a focus on the medical cannabis, health, and wellness space, is pleased to announce it has been informed today that on 13 December 2022, Ian Burns, Chairman of SEED, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Ed McDermott, CEO, purchased 3,425,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The Company has also been informed that today Ian Burns purchased a further 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
The following cumulative share purchases were made:
