SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted company investment company providing shareholders with exposure to early-stage health, wellness and medical cannabis companies to which, in normal circumstances, they have limited access to, announces that Ed McDermott, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 4,675,000 ordinary shares of £0.01p ("Ordinary Shares') at a price of 2 pence per Ordinary Share from his Nominee Account into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA") account, under a process kown as 'Bed and ISA'.
Following this transaction, Ed McDermott's stake in the company remains the same with 4,680,000 Ordinary Shares, 4,675,000 in his ISA and 5,000 in his Nominee Account, representing approximately 2.25 per cent of the Company's voting rights.
Further details of the share purchase are set out below in the PDMR form which has been made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no.596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
