Share price movement

SeaEnergy PLC (AIM: SEA) ("SeaEnergy" or the "Company") notes the recent movement in its share price. It also notes that Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc, a company in which SeaEnergy holds an interest of 18.67%, announced this afternoon that its Midleton exploration well had encountered gas volumes that were not considered commercial and that the well was to be plugged and abandoned, as a result of which Lansdowne's share price has declined significantly. The Company is not aware of any other reasons for the recent movement in its own share price.
