The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 (the "Report and Accounts") and Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2013 ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The Company will be holding the AGM at the Marcliffe at Pitfodels, North Deeside Road, Aberdeen, AB15 9YA at 3.00 p.m. on 15 May 2013
