(TSXV, AIM: SDX), the North Africa focused oil and gas company, reminds shareholders that it will hold an annual and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") at the Holiday Inn London Oxford Circus, Meeting Room 3, 57‐59 Welbeck Street, London, W1G 9BL, London, United Kingdom, on Friday 17 May 2019 at 9:00 am (UK time). A copy of the notice of annual and special meeting of shareholders and the related management information circular (the "Circular") each dated April 8, 2019 are available on the Company's website (www.sdxenergy.com) and on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).
