Sondex PLC01 June 2007 1 June 2007 Sondex PLC Application for Admission of Ordinary Shares and update on Total Voting Rights Applications have been made to the UKLA and London Stock Exchange for 135,364Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market. The shares for which applicationis now being made are being issued as deferred consideration for theacquisition of Applied Electronic Systems Inc. on 13 December 2005. Dealing isexpected to commence on 6 June 2007.
