Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 6 August 2019, the Company was notified by Julian Dunkerton, Interim Chief Executive Officer, that he had purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
Following the purchase, Julian Dunkerton holds 15,172,105 ordinary shares in Superdry, representing 18.5% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
