Superdry Performance Share Plan ("PSP"): Grant of 2019 Conditional Share Awards ("Awards")
On 24 September 2019 the Company made Awards in relation to 52,952 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company to Phil Dickinson, its Global Creative Director. The Awards were granted as part of a considered retention and incentivisation programme.
The Awards will vest, subject to Phil's continued service with the Company, on 24 September 2021.
