Stadium Group plc (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, announces that Joanne Estell, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary has stepped down from the Board to pursue new opportunities outside of the Group. Joanne will be available to provide an orderly handover whilst a search for her successor is undertaken. 

Charlie Peppiatt, Chief Executive Officer of Stadium, said:

"On behalf of everyone at Stadium, I would like to thank Joanne for her valuable contribution to the business. She played a key role as we transitioned the business from an electronic manufacturing service business to a technology led organisation, through organic diversification and a series of strategic acquisitions. Joanne has been a valued colleague and I thank her for the support she has given. The Board and I wish her well in her future career."

The Board has initiated a recruitment process to identify and appoint a suitable replacement and a further update will be provided in due course.
