Following his recent appointment as Commercial Director of the Company, Antony Inskip has advised the Company that he holds 25,000 share of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

There are no further disclosures to be made under the AIM rules.
