Stadium Group PLC17 February 2005 RNS Announcement STADIUM GROUP PLC BOARD CHANGES 17 February 2005 Stadium Group plc, the AIM-listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,announces the retirement of Professor Kevin Morley as a non-executive directorwith effect from 27 April 2005. Kevin has been a non-executive director since the flotation of the Group in 1996and announced in February 2004 his intention to step down with effect from theAGM in 2005. Chairman, Struan Wiley, comments: "During the nine years that Kevin has been on the Stadium board there has beensignificant change in the company, including the development of a new strategyincreasing the international flavour of the manufacturing base. He leaves with the company set fair to deliver strong growth, and we appreciatehis role in helping to position the Group for success."
