Stadium Group PLC07 June 2005 STADIUM GROUP PLC7 JUNE 2005Directors and employees exercise share options Stadium Group plc, announces that on 7 June 2005, one executive director andseven other employees exercised a total of 100,000 options granted on 18 April2002 at an exercise price of 35 pence each, and 50,000 options granted on 13 May2002 at an exercise price of 40 pence each.
