Stadium Group PLC20 April 2006 Stadium Group Plc AGM statement 20 April 2006 Stadium Group Plc, the AIM listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,will hold it's AGM at 12.00 noon today. Chairman Struan Wiley will make the following remarks: "Current trading Sales for the first quarter of 2006 were 9% ahead of the corresponding periodlast year, with growth both in the UK and Asian operations, and the order bookfor quarter two is encouraging. Commodity and energy costs continue to have an adverse impact on gross margin.This has been partially offset by selective selling price increases, improvedmix in favour of higher margin business, and operational efficiency savings. Overall, current trading is in line with market expectations for the year." Board changes Following the announcement made on 7 April 2006, Struan Wiley retired asdirector and Chairman and was succeeded as Chairman by Nick Brayshaw.
