Stadium Group Plc (the 'Group')
Grant of Share Options
Stadium Group plc, the AIM listed provider of electronic manufacturing services, announces that on 5 April 2010, it granted options over 720,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Performance Share Plan.
The options are exercisable at a price of 5 pence between 5 April 2013 and 5 October 2013, subject to certain performance criteria.
The options were allocated amongst 6 key employees of the Group in Asia and the UK including the following directors:
