The Company was notified onΒ 27 OctoberΒ 2008Β that, as ofΒ 27Β OctoberΒ 2008,Β as a result of the recent conversion of the Company's C share class into the ordinary share pool,Β QVT Financial LP, as investment manager for QVT Fund LP, Quintessence Fund L.P.,Β and an account managed for Deutsche Bank AG London, was interested in an aggregate amount ofΒ 10,691,433Β ordinaryΒ shares of the Company, which representsΒ 3.17Β per cent. of theΒ Company's issued share capital.
