Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 27 October 2008 that, as of 27 October 2008, as a result of the recent conversion of the Company's C share class into the ordinary share pool, QVT Financial LP, as investment manager for QVT Fund LP, Quintessence Fund L.P., and an account managed for Deutsche Bank AG London, was interested in an aggregate amount of 10,691,433 ordinary shares of the Company, which represents 3.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
