Total Voting Rights

SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue is 99,558,164 and there are no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 99,558,164.

The above figure of 99,558,164 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
