The following notification made under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relates to the exercise of nil-cost options by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 4 December 2020 under the Softcat plc Long Term Incentive Plan and the Softcat Annual and Deferred Bonus Plan.
