Gift of Shares

SCS Group plc (the "Company") has today been notified that Gary Kemp, Logistics Director, transferred 128,638 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by way of gift for nil consideration to his wife, Rachel Kemp today, 20 May 2016.

Following the transfer, Mr Kemp's total holding of shares in SCS is 128,639 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R and 3.1.4 R(1)(a).
