ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 24 May 2018, Gary Kemp, Logistics Director, sold 70,000 ordinary shares of ÂŁ0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 208.56p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Gary Kemp and persons closely associated with him are interested in 166,277 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
