Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 3 December 2019, Gary Kemp, Logistics Director, and Rachel Kemp, a person closely associated with Gary Kemp, each sold 5,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.25p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Gary Kemp and persons closely associated with him are interested in 156,277 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
