Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 8 February 2021, Gary Kemp, Logistics Director, and Rachel Kemp, a person closely associated with Gary Kemp, sold 30,000 and 6,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively, at an average price of 208p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Gary Kemp and persons closely associated with him are interested in 120,277 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
