Change in Director's Particulars
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Ron McMillan, Audit Committee Chair and Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chairman of N Brown Group Plc and will relinquish his roles as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of N Brown Group Plc. The appointment is subject to FCA approval and is intended to be effective from 31 March 2021.
