Board Appointment

ScS Group plc, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and flooring, is pleased to announce that Angela Luger has been appointed as Non-Executive Director with effect from Thursday 16 May 2019.

Angela, née Spindler, was previously Chief Executive of retail businesses N Brown and The Original Factory Shop and has held senior executive positions at Debenhams, Asda and Mars. Angela is also a Non-Executive Director at Portmeirion and the Madrid based DIA group.

Pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Angela Luger; Angela held the role of CEO at N Brown Group plc within the last 5 years, currently she also holds the role of Non-Executive Director at the AIM listed group Portmeirion. As at the date of this announcement, Angela has no beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
