Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
On 26 July 2016, Frederic Hervouet (a person discharging managerial responsibility to the Company) notified the Company that he had purchased on 26 July 2016, 102,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
This purchase represents 0.062% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue as at today's date. Following this transaction, Mr Hervouet holds 107,000 ordinary shares, or 0.065% of FCIF's ordinary shares in issue as at today's date.
