Funding Circle SME Income Fund Limited

The Board announces that with effect from 31 May 2017, Mr Phillip Hyett has been appointed an alternate non-executive, non-independent Director for Mr Sachin Patel for Funding Circle SME Income Fund Limited.
There are no disclosures to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of Mr Hyett.
Phillip Hyett is a Director in the Capital Markets team at Funding Circle. Previously Phillip Hyett worked in finance, governance and operations roles at Pemberton Asset Management, a European private debt manager, and before that, Cerno Capital Partners, a multi-asset class investment manager. He is a Chartered Accountant.
