Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that Mr James Wallace, Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') on 27 March 2015 at a price per Share of 140.93 pence.
Following this transaction, Mr Wallace is interested in 870,000 Shares representing 0.59% of the Company's issued share capital.
