Director Dealing - share purchases

Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that the following directors purchased ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') on Friday 6 June 2014:

Mr Heejae Chae, Group Chief Executive, purchased 15,000 Shares at a price per Share of £1.28.

Mr Paul Edwards, Group Finance Director, purchased 15,811 Shares at a price per Share of £1.26.

Following these Share purchases, Mr Chae is interested in 515,709 Shares representing 0.35% of the Company's issued share capital; and Mr Edwards is interested in 275,553 Shares representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
