Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA), is a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets.
The Company has become aware that on 11 September 2015, Mr Martin Sawkins, a non-executive director, acquired 231 ordinary shares in the Company as a consequence of the nominee, through which Mr Sawkins holds his shares in Scapa, automatically reinvesting the proceeds which were received in relation to the final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2015.
Following this transaction, Mr Sawkins has an interest, directly and indirectly, in 30,231 ordinary shares of the Company.
