Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 28 June 2018 that Mr Heejae Chae, Group Chief Executive, gifted 2,370 shares in the Company to a charitable trust.
Following the gifting of the shares, Mr Chae's holding is as follows;
