Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 22 and 23 November 2018 that the following Directors of the Company/Person Closely Associated purchased a total of 36,650 Ordinary shares in the Company at prices varying between 313.86 pence per share and 322.58 pence per share.
