Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited, ("Sealand", or the "Company") announces that PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") has been appointed as the Company's auditor with immediate effect.

 

A resolution to approve the appointment of PKF will be put to shareholders at the Company's next meeting of shareholders.
