Options granted to executive directors are as follows: Dr Kevin Johnson, Managing Director 180,000 optionsDr Geoff Gould, Sales and Marketing Director 29,000 options The options have been granted under the Company's Enterprise ManagementIncentive Scheme at an exercise price of 40 pence per share, representing apremium of 45.5 per cent. over the closing middle market price of 27.5 pence on14 September, 2005, and are exercisable at any time between 15 September, 2008and 15 September, 2015.
