Quarterly Net Asset Value as at 30 September 2025

The Board of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company"), which provides a unique investment opportunity to help address UK social challenges, today announces its unaudited net asset value ("NAV") as at 30 September 2025.

Key Highlights

· NAV of £82.9m or 103.81p per share as at 30 September 2025, an increase of 0.85% relative to the NAV per share as at 30 June 2025 of 102.94p.

· Total NAV/share return since inception of 12.9%, or 2.6% annualised.

· As at 30 September 2025, the Company's NAV was 96% committed to High Impact Investments, with 83% deployed.

· The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30 June 2025 was published on 29 October 2025, and its fourth annual Impact Report was published on 26 June 2025.
