Sabre Insurance Group plc ("Sabre" or the "Company")
Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre announces that on 21 April 2021, the following Directors and PDMRs of the Company were each granted an option under the Sabre 2017 Sharesave Plan (the "Plan") over ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company as detailed below:
