Board Changes
Sundae Bar Plc (AIM: SBAR), the enterprise platform deploying AI agents for business, announces that Luke Cairns has to stepped down as Independent Non-Executive Director due to his increasing external commitments. His resignation as a Director will be with effect from 30 June.
sundae_bar's CEO, Jill Kenney, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Luke for his service and valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure, and we wish him every success for the future."
