Posting of Circular

Savannah Petroleum announces that it has today posted a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") and a form of proxy ("Form of Proxy") in relation to the general meeting of the Company ("General Meeting") to be convened in connection with the Company's US$36 million placing and associated proposed acquisition of the R3/R4 PSC Area (as first announced on 9 July 2015).

The Circular contains notice of the General Meeting, which will be held at 10:30 a.m. on 30 July 2015 at the offices of Mirabaud Securities LLP, 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HY.
