Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that Matter, announces that it has received notification that Mr Andrew Knott, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 1,540,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of approximately 6.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The trade was executed by Mr Knott's broker today following his placement of a limit order on 7 April 2025.
As a result of this purchase, Mr Knott has an interest in 145,790,919 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.05% of the total voting rights of the Company. In addition, it should be noted, as previously announced in the Company's RNS of 4 March 2025, that Mr Knott intends to acquire an additional 25,598,929 Subscription Shares by not later than 4 September 2025. Following which, Mr Knott would have a resulting interest in 171,389,848 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.64% of the total voting rights of the Company.
