Shares Outstanding: 40,849,651 Trading Symbols: TSX.V: STA; AIM: SAN SANATANA ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Wednesday, November 15, 2006. Sanatana Diamonds Inc.("Sanatana" or the "Company") wishes to announce the resignations of theChairman, Richard Prickett, the Chief Executive Officer, Glenn Laing, and theNon-Executive Director, Merfyn Roberts, from the Board of Directors and theappointment of Edward Marlow as Chairman, Peter Miles as Chief Executive Officerand President and Buddy Doyle as Director and VP Exploration. Board Changes Richard Prickett, Glenn Laing and Merfyn Roberts have informed the Board ofDirectors that because of other business interests they are resigning asdirectors and officers of Sanatana with immediate effect. They have offeredtheir services to achieve an orderly transition for the new Board and executiveofficers of the Company. Edward Marlow has agreed to accept the position of Non-Executive Chairman of theBoard of Directors. Buddy Doyle, the Company's Vice President of Exploration,has agreed to join the Board of Directors. Harley Hotchkiss remains aNon-Executive Director of the Company. Management Changes Peter Miles, the Company's Executive Vice President, has been appointed ChiefExecutive Officer and President. Mr. Miles will perform his new duties on a fulltime basis from the Company's Vancouver office.
