The Company has applied for 64,101 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each ("Ordinary shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Ordinary Shares have been issued to the four non-executive Directors of the Company, in part payment of non-executive Directors' fees.
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in these Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 10 October 2013. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 84,846,645 Ordinary Shares.
