Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons

Pursuant to the notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies the following changes in the interests of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") by the acquisition of 2,564,103 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") in London by a family investment company owned by Andrew Goodsell (Chairman of the Company) and persons connected with him. The transaction was completed on 26 April 2016 and notified to the Company on 28 April 2016. The price paid per Share was 195 pence.
