Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 2 November 2015, the Company issued 30,058 treasury shares at a price of 86.0 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,826,506. Science Group holds 1,235,529 shares in treasury.
