Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 18 November 2015, the Company issued 211,000 treasury shares at a price of 86.0 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 41,037,506. Science Group holds 1,024,529 shares in treasury.
