Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 30 September 2019, it purchased 6,913 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 191.36 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 191.36 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 191.36 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited.
The number of shares purchased represented 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.
