Result of Annual General Meeting
The Directors of Safestore are pleased to report that at the Annual General Meeting, held on 19 March 2014, all resolutions in the Notice of Meeting were put to the meeting and were duly passed on a show of hands. The total number of proxy votes lodged for each resolution in advance of the meeting is set out below.

Resolution 7 - To re-appoint Frederic Vecchioli as a director
Resolution 8 - To re-appoint Adrian Martin as a director
Resolution 9 - To elect Andy Jones as a director
Resolution 10 - To elect Ian Krieger as a director
Resolution 11 - To approve the Directors' Remuneration Report
Resolution 12 - To approve the Directors' Remuneration Policy
Resolution 13 - To authorise the Company to make political donations and incur political expenditure
Resolution 14 - To authorise the directors to allot relevant securities
Resolution 15 - To authorise the scrip dividend scheme
Resolution 16** - To authorise the dis-application of pre-emption rights
Resolution 17** - To authorise market purchases of ordinary shares
