Options Granted under the Company's Sharesave Plan (the "Sharesave Plan")
The Company hereby notifies that the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) notified the Company that, on 26 August 2014 they were each granted an option under the Safestore Sharesave Plan to acquire the following Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Shares") at an option exercise price of 164p per Share:
