Correction - Annual Report 2024 and Dividend Clarification

Annual Report

Further to the announcement, on 7 February 2025, regarding copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2024 (the "Annual Report") and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting being submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), posted to shareholders and uploaded to the Company's website, it has come to the Company's attention that an incorrect version of the Annual Report, with minor typographical errors, was printed and posted to shareholders, submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and uploaded to the website. These typographical errors were immaterial and, therefore, there was no material variance between the version of the Annual Report that was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and the incorrect version that was posted to shareholders and uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and website in error.

The board-approved version of the Annual Report has been uploaded to the Company's website, a copy of which has been submitted to the FCA for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism (with the title "Annual Report and Accounts 2024 - Corrected") and a printed copy will also be despatched as soon as possible to shareholders that received a hard copy of the Annual Report in February 2025.

Dividend Clarification

Furthermore, the Company would like to clarify details given in its final results announcement released on 16 January 2025 (RNS 5287T) and in the Annual Report concerning the final dividend.

The final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 October 2024 of 20.4 pence per share (with a PID element of 15.30 pence) (and, for the avoidance of doubt, not 30.4 pence per share (with a PID element of 17.60 pence) as incorrectly stated on page 119 of the Annual Report), is to be proposed at the AGM on 19 March 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 13 March 2025 and the record date will be 14 March 2025, with an intended payment date of 15 April 2025.

All other details in the final results announcement remain unchanged.
